I want to share with you how pleased we were with your agent Lee
Walsh handling the sale of our lot in Harbor Springs Evergreen Ridge
sub division earlier this month. The lot had been for sale for several
years thru another broker, it sold in about 4 months thru Coldwell
Banker.
There were several counter offers throughout the negotiation,
including land contract terms and an escrow agreement. There was
enough complexity for the transaction to have either party walk away,
yet it closed in part due to the resourcefulness of Lee to keep both
parties focused. Lee was especially good in promptly returning phone
calls and texts, we enjoyed working with her.
